When I started working with United Regional back in 2009, it was not only competing with new area hospitals, it was losing elective procedures to the DFW market. A new logo and tagline, a fresh website and a series of targeted campaigns helped United Regional transform both internal culture and external perceptions while maintaining its leadership position in the North Texas market.
